Administration Requirements

References required:

• Employment
• Bank/Building society or credit search
• Character references including previous Landlords/Agents
• In certain circumstances a Guarantor may be required
• Photo ID for example, Passport or Driving Licence with a photograph

Finances required:

• One month’s rent in advance
• Security deposit (similar to a month’s rent)
• Tenancy Agreement fee of £58.75
• Administration fee of £50 per applicant

We do not charge ANY renewal fees to Tenants. That means NO extra fees to pay when you renew a Tenancy.
