Selecting the right tenant – this is key to a successful letting. We take great care in interviewing tenants at our offices and always obtain written references. We promote your property with extensive local and national advertisers. Our website has various links providing an international service.
Extension agreements – as part of our continual service, we prepare necessary notices and negotiate further agreements following consultation with you. This includes advice on rental increases.
Accounts – our all encompassing service includes the collection of rents, issuing of statements for taxation purposes and forwarding monies, including by BACS, for immediate payment. We have systems in place to pursue and deal with late payments in order to minimise rent arrears.
