Property Rentals was established in Eastbourne in 1990 by Pauline Smith, its Managing Director. A Fellow Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), she has a wealth of experience in letting and management since 1977, and during this period has increased knowledge working for surveyors and dealing with block management.

Driven by rapid expansion, Property Rentals developed into a ‘family’ business when daughter and son, Jacquie Trott MCMI MNAEA and Robert Trott joined the company and are established Co-Directors. Qualified in Business Management and IT, they have assisted in developing the Company, which is respected and recommended by many organisations for offering the most professional service to all clients.

Today’s letting market has changed attitudes towards renting and with many agents being corporate, the independent agent offers a more personal service to the general public.
